- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪completely unreliable in regards to making orders and acquiring details on products that the current staff is not aware of. I put an order for a specific type of dog food that they carry, it has since been 4 weeks. I have been consistently asking when it will be in and ask that the manager call me. The staff takes my information down each time and I receive no reply. I am not the only one as a fellow in front of me ordered a reptile food and is going through the exact same situation. The customer service is poor and the staff have no knowledge on the products they carry. I will be taking my business to Grande Prairie's Bone n Biscuit instead.by sebastien shimoonJuly 09, 2017
